MotoE World Championship
The FIM Enel MotoE World Championship (formerly known as the MotoE World Cup) is a class of motorcycle racing that uses only electric motorcycles. The series is sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, FIM and the 2019 MotoE World Cup, inaugural season in 2019 was due to support MotoGP at five of the European circuits. The FIM eRoad Racing World Cup was a championship of electric motorcycle road racing, organised by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) and was only held in this form in 2013. It followed the unification of the former TTXGP series with the FIM "e-Power" electric motorcycle racing series. History 2013 World Cup season The 2013 eRoadRacing World Cup was planned to consist of 4 races in Europe and 4 in North America, with a world final in Asia. However, only 6 events (4 in Europe and 2 in North America) did actually take place. The remaining races had to be cancelled because time constraints didn't allow the organizers to find suitable venues. Energica Ego
The Energica Ego is an electrically propelled sport road motorcycle designed and marketed by Energica Motor Company. It is claimed by Energica to be the world's first street-legal electric Italian sport motorcycle. The prototype was finished in 2013 and the vehicle came into the market in 2015. The prototype made use of new technologies such as CNC and 3D-printing, including the dashboard and headlights which were 3D-printed. Design The Ego is an all-electric motorcycle. It has a 107 kW motor with 200 Nm of torque (at low RPM), giving it a top speed of 240 km/h. The motor is powered by an 11.7 kW⋅h battery. The Moto E3 (model XT1700) and the Moto E3 Power (model XT1706) are Android smartphones developed by Motorola Mobility, a subsidiary of Lenovo.
