Morgan Ågren
Morgan Ågren (born 1967) is a Swedish drummer who plays with the progressive rock band Kaipa (band), Kaipa. Biography A native of Umeå, Västerbotten County, Västerbotten, Ågren began playing drums at a young age, eventually joining forces with Mats Öberg in 1981. Together they formed "Zappsteetoot" in 1984, a band known for performing Frank Zappa's music. Ågren later shared the drummer's seat with Terry Bozzio on Dweezil Zappa, Dweezil and Ahmet Zappa's band AZ/DZ's album ''Shampoohorn''. In 1996, Ågren toured throughout Europe as a member of Glenn Hughes (British musician), Glenn Hughes's band, and later to Japan in 1997. 1996 also saw the formation of Morgan Ågren's own record label, Ultimate Audio Entertainment, dedicated to the release of "new" music. ''Casualties of Cool'' is the debut album of Canadian country rock duo Casualties of Cool, consisting of Canadian musicians Devin Townsend and Ché Aimee Dorval, released on May 14, 2014. Devin Garrett Townsend (born May 5, 1972) is a Canadian singer, guitarist, songwriter, and record producer. He founded extreme metal band Strapping Young Lad and was its primary songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist from 1994 to 2007.
