Mie, Ōita
was a List of towns in Japan, town located in Ōno District, Ōita, Ōno District, Ōita Prefecture, Japan. As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 18,241 and the population density, density of 112.48 persons per km2. The total area was 162.17 km2. Mie Hamada
is a Japanese figure skating coach and former competitor. Personal life Hamada was born October 29, 1959 in Kyoto, Japan. She graduated from Doshisha University in 1983. Coaching career For many years, Hamada coached at the Kansai University Skating Club in Takatsuki, Osaka with Yamato Tamura before relocating to the Kinoshita Academy Kyoto Ice Arena in Uji in 2020. Hamada is also a member of the Japan Figure Skating Instructor Association. At the 2024 ISU Skating Awards, she won the "Best Coach" award. Gustav Mie
Gustav Adolf Feodor Wilhelm Ludwig Mie (; 29 September 1868 – 13 February 1957) was a German physicist. His work included Mie scattering, the Mie potential, the Mie–Grüneisen equation of state and an early effort at classical unified field theories. Life Mie was born in Rostock, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Germany in 1868. From 1886 he studied mathematics and physics at the University of Rostock. In addition to his major subjects, he also attended lectures in chemistry, zoology, geology, mineralogy and astronomy, as well as logic and metaphysics. In 1889 he continued his studies at the University of Heidelberg and received a doctoral degree in mathematics in 1892 (at the age of 22). His thesis is titled ''Zum Fundamentalsatz über die Existenz von Integralen partieller Differentialgleichungen'' (On the fundamental theorem on the existence of integrals of partial differential equations) and his supervisor was Leo Königsberger. Thin Thin Aye (, ; 1970 – 13 August 2018), better known as Mie Mie ( ), was a Burmese democracy activist who organized and led numerous anti-government protests. Mie Kumagai
is a Japanese video game producer. She began working at Sega in 1993 as an amusement park attraction planner and transferred to the arcade game, arcade division of its Sega AM3, AM3 studio two years later. When this studio's boss, Hisao Oguchi, was promoted to President (corporate title), president of the whole company in 2003, Kumagai became the new AM3 head and the first ever female president within Sega's development structure or any Japanese development studio. She produced a number of arcade titles before helming Sega's successful ''Virtua Tennis'' series for arcades and home consoles.
