Micah Awe
Micah Awe (born January 4, 1994) is a Nigerian professional football linebacker for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Texas Tech. Awe has also been a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New York Jets, Toronto Argonauts, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Ottawa Redblacks, Montreal Alouettes, and Calgary Stampeders. College career Awe accumulated 171 solo tackles over 51 games for the Texas Tech Red Raiders including 77 stops as a senior and defensive captain in 2015. Professional career Tampa Bay Buccaneers Awe was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following the team's rookie mini-camp in May 2016. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and typically line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and so back up the defensive linemen. They play closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary). 2023 Calgary Stampeders Season
The 2023 Calgary Stampeders season was the 65th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 78th overall. It was Dave Dickenson's seventh season as head coach and first as general manager following his promotion. The Stampeders managed to qualify for the playoffs for an 18th straight season after the team defeated the BC Lions in week 20 and the Saskatchewan Roughriders lost in the same week. This was the first time Calgary had a losing regular season record since the 2007 season. The Edmonton Elks are a professional Canadian football team based in Edmonton, Alberta. Danny Maciocia (born May 26, 1967) is a Canadian football coach who is the current general manager of the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was previously head coach of the Université de Montréal Carabins football team.
