Jose Javier Mendizabal Aldalur (born 1970), known as Joxe Mendizabal, is a Spanish musician, composer, music producer and record producer. Eustakio Mendizabal Benito (9 October 1944 in Itsasondo – 19 April 1973 in Algorta), commonly known by his nom-de-guerre ''Txikia'', was the leader of the Basque separatist group ETA-V from August 1971 until his death in April 1973. Biography Early years Eustakio Mendizabal was born on 9 October 1944, in the small village of Itsasondo, Gipuzkoa. At age 10, he was sent to a Benedictine monastery in Lazkao, where he remained for 12 years until leaving the order in 1966. Career in ETA ''Txikia'' was the right-hand man of Juan Jose Etxabe, the leader of ETA's Military Front during the 1960s. Itziar Mendizabal (born 14 December 1981) is a Spanish ballet dancer who has performed as a First Soloist with The Royal Ballet since 2010. Mendizabal was born in Hondarribia, Basque Country, Spain. She started ballet at age 4, and at age 12, she moved to Madrid to train at Víctor Ullate's Ballet Comunidad de Madrid in 1997. Whilst a student she performed with Ullate's larger ballet company, and later joined the company officially. In 2003, she joined the Zürich Ballet as a demi-soloist. She joined the Leipzig Ballet as a soloist in 2006, and was promoted to principal dancer two years later. María del Carmen Mendizábal García (born 15 January 1976) is a Spanish journalist and television presenter who has worked for the television channel LaSexta since 2006. She began her career at the national radio station Cadena SER as a journalist and presenter before moving into public television with Televisión Española in October 2004. Guillermo Mendizábal Sánchez (born 8 October 1954) is a Mexican former footballer and manager. Club career He debuted with Cruz Azul in the 1974–75 season, and helped the team win the 1978–79 and 1979-80 league titles. In his professional day view he played as a central defender substituting Alberto Quintano, later on Raúl Cardenás placed him as a central defensive midfielder where he played the rest of his career. While playing for Cruz Azul, Atlético Madrid board of directors became interested in Mendizábal, but could not buy his transfer because Cruz Azul owned the players card. Horacio Mendizábal (1847–1871) was an Argentine poet, translator and activist. Life Horacio Mendizábal was born to an Afro-Argentine upper-class family in Buenos Aires, the son of Rosendo Mendizábal, a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Buenos Aires and one of the earliest black politicians in Argentina.
