Matt Wilkinson (actor)
Matt Wilkinson is an English playwright, director and voice artist. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Career Acting Early in his career Wilkinson performed on stage and screen. He took roles in 1998's The Avengers (1998 film), ''The Avengers'' and ''The Tichborne Claimant'' directed by David Yates and ''The Jolly Boys' Last Stand''. He appeared in the Channel 4 series Shackleton (miniseries), ''Shackleton'' and the 2002 Working Title films ''Ali G Inda House, Ali G Indahouse'' and About a Boy (film), ''About a Boy''''.'' In 2005, he played Fingerman in V for Vendetta (film), ''V for Vendetta'' (Warner Bros.). Voice work Wilkinson has voiced multiple radio and TV advertisements including the iconic series ''If Carlsberg did.'' Royal Academy Of Dramatic Art
The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, also known by its abbreviation RADA (), is a drama school in London, England, which provides vocational conservatoire training for theatre, film, television, and radio. It is based in Bloomsbury, Central London, close to the Senate House (University of London), Senate House complex of the University of London, and is a founding member of the Federation of Drama Schools. RADA is one of the oldest drama schools in the United Kingdom, founded in 1904 by Sir Herbert Beerbohm Tree. It moved to buildings on Gower Street in 1905. It was granted a royal charter in 1920 and a new theatre was built on Malet Street, behind the Gower Street buildings, which was opened in 1921 by Edward VIII, Edward, Prince of Wales. The Finborough Theatre is a fifty-seat theatre in the West Brompton area of London (part of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea) under artistic director Neil McPherson. Pádraig Cusack (; born 16 March 1962) is an Irish theatre producer who has worked with the National Theatre of Great Britain, the Abbey Theatre Dublin, the NCPA Mumbai and numerous international festivals. The Young Vic Theatre is a performing arts venue located on The Cut, near the South Bank, in the London Borough of Lambeth. The Young Vic was established by Frank Dunlop in 1970. Noda Hideki (playwright)
is a Japanese actor, playwright and theatre director who has written and directed more than 40 plays in Japan. Biography Noda was born in Nagasaki, Japan. He briefly attended Tokyo University to study law but eventually dropped out. Noda debuted his first play, ''An Encounter Between Love and Death'', during his second year of high school. His second play, ''The Advent of the Beast'', was well received by critics in 1981. This led to his invitation to perform at the Edinburgh International Festival, which he already participated in three years earlier. 59E59 Theaters is a venue presenting a year-round curated program of live theater. The three theater building is located in New York City. It shows both off-Broadway (in Theater A) and off-off-Broadway plays (in Theaters B and C). Kings Head Theatre
The King's Head Theatre, founded in 1970 by Dan Crawford, is an off-West End venue in London. The original venue was the oldest operating pub theatre in the UK. In 2024, the pub theatre, and the King's Head Theatre now operates from a purpose-built 220-seat space next door to the original venue.
