Matei Cristian Ilie (born 11 December 2002) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Liga I club CFR Cluj. Club career Padova He made his Serie C debut on 10 September 2022 in a game against Vicenza. On 1 September 2023, Ilie's contract with Padova was terminated by mutual consent. CFR Cluj On 5 September 2023, Ilie signed with CFR Cluj. Personal life His father, Constantin, was also a professional footballer. The Supercupa României () is a Romanian football (soccer), football championship contested by the winners of the Liga I and the Cupa României.
