Finland, officially the Republic of Finland, is a Nordic country in Northern Europe. Hakaniemi
Hakaniemi (; ) is an unofficial district of Helsinki, the Finland, Finnish capital. It covers most of the Subdivisions of Helsinki, neighbourhood of Siltasaari in the district of Kallio. Hakaniemi is located at the sea shore and is separated from the city centre by the Siltavuorensalmi strait and from the district of Linjat by the street Hämeentie. Historically, Hakaniemi was often associated with the working class and workers' associations. However, the cost of living has risen considerably in recent years and is now on par with that of the rest of central Helsinki. Central Finland (; ) is a Regions of Finland, region ( / ) in Finland. It borders the regions of Päijät-Häme, Pirkanmaa, South Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia, North Ostrobothnia, Northern Savonia, North Savo, and Southern Savonia, South Savo. Muurame
Muurame is a Municipalities of Finland, municipality of Finland, located south-west of Jyväskylä, the regional capital of Central Finland. Muurame itself is located between two lakes, Lake Päijänne and Lake Muuratjärvi. These two lakes are connected to each other via River Muurame. Altogether there are 37 lakes in Muurame. The biggest lakes beside Päijänne are Muuratjärvi and Lake Kuusjärvi. River Muurame streams through the population center of Muurame, which was founded in 1921. Anjalankoski
Anjalankoski is a former town and List of former municipalities of Finland, municipality of Finland. It had 16 379 inhabitants in 2008. About 4/5 of the people live in the vicinity of the Kymi River. The most densely populated communities are Myllykoski and Inkeroinen. In addition, there is plenty of countryside. The town's major industry is forestry along the Kymi Riverside. ''Satakunnan Kansa'' (abbreviated ''SK'', literally translated the "People of Satakunta") is a Finnish language regional newspaper published in Pori, Finland. In 2024, it will merge into '' Satakunta Kansa Länsi-Suomi'', and the long new name has raised eyebrows for being an awkward tongue twister. Satakunta (in both Finnish language, Finnish and Swedish language, Swedish, ; historically ''Satacundia'') is a Regions of Finland, region ( / ) of Finland, part of the former Western Finland Province. Reposaari
Reposaari () is an island and village at the Bothnian Sea in Pori, Finland. The island is located near the mouth of river Kokemäenjoki, northwest of the Pori's city center. The population of Reposaari is 1,099 (2009). Since the 1956 the island has been connected with mainland by highway and railroad bridges. The village of Reposaari is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Pori. It uses a grid street plan that was designed in 1874. The buildings are mainly old wooden houses from late-19th or early-20th century. One of the oldest is a hotel built in 1838.
