Mark Leiter is founder and chairman of Leiter+Company, and a leading strategy expert. He is a Distinguished Strategy Fellow at The Conference Board and serves as a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development (CED). He has served as head of Corporate and Digital Strategy at Boeing following his role as Chief Strategy Officer at Nielsen. Jonathan Spector is the former president and CEO of The Conference Board, and currently a senior advisor to the organization. Spector, a graduate of Wesleyan University and Harvard Business School, joined The Conference Board after serving as vice dean of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
