Madiha Kamel (; 3 August 1948 – 13 January 1997) was an Egyptians, Egyptian Actor, actress. Early life Madiha Kamel was born in Alexandria. In 1963, as a teenager, her family moved to Cairo. Accompanied by her mother, she presented herself to a modeling contest. She was selected and did some fashion shows for fashion designers. Career She was noticed by a director, Ahmed Diaa Eddine, who encouraged her to become an actress. Madiha Rashid Al-Madfai () (died 26 November 2019) was a Palestinian radio broadcaster for BBC Arabic. She was the first woman to broadcast news bulletins on BBC Arabic and presented multiple political programmes of a serious nature such as ''Panorama'' and ''Opinion and Other Opinion'' of which the Arabic public were unfamiliar with. Al-Madfai had also worked for the Voice of Palestine from Cairo and worked on the Jordanian radio industry. She retired from radio broadcasting in 2000. Mediha Esenel (1914 – 2005) was a Turkish sociologist, writer and journalist. She was a faculty member of Ankara University until January 1947 when she resigned from her teaching post during the purge of leftist academics. Early life and education She was born in Istanbul in 1914. She was educated at the Erenköy Girls High School. She received a degree in philosophy from Istanbul University in 1935. Then she went to the United States with her husband, Niyazi Berkes, and took courses on sociology, folklore, and archeology from the University of Chicago. Mediha Sultan (; "''the praised one''"; 30 July 1856 – 9 November 1928) was an Ottoman princess, the daughter of Sultan Abdulmejid I and Gülistu Kadın, Gülistü Kadin.
