Line 3 (Beijing Subway)
Line 3 of the Beijing Subway () is a rapid transit line under construction in Beijing. It will be colored pink in system maps. Description Phase I of Line 3 is with 15 stations. It is fully underground. Due to unstable planning east of Dongfeng station, line 3 will only open between Dongsi Shitiao and Dongfeng. It will be opened by the end of 2023. Workers' Stadium Station
Workers' Stadium station (, also known as Gongrentiyuchɑng Zhɑn) is an interchange station between Lines 3 and 17 of Beijing Subway, of which the Line 17 part opened on 30 December 2023 and the Line 3 part will open in 2024. The Line 17 station will be the southern terminus of the northern section of the line until it connects to the south section at in 2025. History The construction of the station started in November 2018. The station is planned to be the interchange station between Line 3 and Line 17. The Line 3 part and the Line 17 part were constructed at the same time. The structure of the station was completed in March 2023, the Line 17 service between this station and Future Science City North started operations on December 30, 2023 and the Line 3 service of the station will start in 2024.
