Lee Harvey Osmond, stylized as LeE HARVeY OsMOND, is a Canadian psychedelic folk project fronted by musician Tom Wilson. History The act first took shape with Wilson in his LeE HARVeY OsMOND persona, backed by Michael Timmins of Cowboy Junkies and Josh Finlayson of Skydiggers. They wrote, recorded and released the debut album, ''A Quiet Evil'', in 2009 on Latent Recordings. Thomas Cunningham Wilson (born 1959) is a Canadian rock musician from Hamilton, Ontario. A veteran of the Canadian music scene, Wilson has been a writer and performer for many years. Wilson's eclectic musical style has ranged from the psychobilly / R&B sounds of the Florida Razors, to the western/roots style of Blackie and the Rodeo Kings and the funk/blues-inspired rock of Junkhouse. Early life Wilson grew up in Hamilton, Ontario, secretly adopted and raised by his great-aunt and uncle. Aaron Goldstein (musician)
Aaron Goldstein (born May 8, 1983) is a Canadian musician, songwriter and record producer, best known for his performance on the pedal steel guitar. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Goldstein first began playing the instrument in 2006 with encouragement of his bandmates in the Surly Young Bucks, which included member Max Kerman and Mike DeAngelis (currently of Arkells). His first recorded appearance on pedal steel was the 2007 LP ''Stars & Satellites'' by his former Surly Young Bucks bandmate Dan Griffin. In 2008 Goldstein toured the Canadian East Coast in Griffin's band The Regrets. He is a member of the Tom Wilson-led collective Lee Harvey Osmond, playing on all three Polaris Prize-nominated studio releases, including the Juno-nominated ''Folk Sinner'', and frequently touring as a member of the live band. The Juno Awards of 2020, the 49th Juno Awards, was an awards presentation that was to be held at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on 15 March 2020. The awards and associated events were cancelled due to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada, making it the first Juno Awards since 1988 to be cancelled.
