Lazimpat
Lazimpat ( ne, लाजिम्पाट) is a residential area of Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. It is close to the Narayanhity Palace, and is well known in Kathmandu for its hotels, restaurants, schools, colleges, embassies and department stores. The neighborhood's name derives from Lazimpat Durbar, that lies in its vicinity and was converted into Hotel Shanker. Lazimpat shares one border with Thamel, a popular tourist hub, and another with Baluwatar, a reputed residential area where the Prime Minister, Chief Justice, and the Chairman of Constitution Assembly reside. Lazimpat is just 20 minutes away from what is downtown of Kathmandu, Newroad and Ason. There has been a recent upsurge in the construction activity in the region. Lazimpat Durbar
Lazimpat Durbar, Aka Agni Bhawan is a palace complex in Kathmandu, the capital of the Nepal. Initially build and occupied by ''Kaji'' Bir Keshar Pande but later palace area was occupied by Bir Shumsher JBR, as prime minister the executive head of Nepal. The palace complex, located next to the historic Narayanhity Palace Museum, was incorporated impressive and vast array of courtyards, gardens and buildings. Image Channel
The Image Channel is a private television channel in Nepal. It is owned by Image Group of Companies, which also run FM station and located in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. It produces several kinds of news programs, talkshows, entertainment shows, teleserials, etc. Image Channel went on air with a -hour block through Nepal Television on 25 January 1997. Its initial programs were focused on pop music, women, celebrity and fashion. Programs such as ''Image Pop'', ''Button & Trades'', ''AM Guest'' and ''Srijana ko Sansar'' gained huge popularity among the audiences.
