Larry Logan Warner (April 12, 1945 – February 1, 2022) was an American lawyer and politician. Warner was born in Washington, D.C. Harlingen ( ) is a city in Cameron County in the central region of the Rio Grande Valley of the southern part of the U.S. state of Texas, about from the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. The Texas House of Representatives is the lower house of the bicameral Texas Legislature. It consists of 150 members who are elected from single-member districts for two-year terms.
