Lambert Maltock
Lambert Maltock (born 15 May 1956) is a Vanuatan football administrator who has been the president of the Vanuatu Football Federation since 2008. He is currently serving his third term which commenced in December 2015. He is currently the president of Oceania Football Confederation since March 2019, and also a member of the FIFA Council The FIFA Council (formerly the FIFA Executive Committee) is an institution of FIFA (the governing body of association football, futsal and beach football).
