Gyula Lóránt
Gyula Lóránt (born Gyula Lipovics, 6 February 1923 – 31 May 1981) was a Hungarian footballer and manager of Croatian descent. He played as a defender and midfielder for, among others, UTA Arad, Vasas SC, Honvéd and Hungary. During the 1950s, he was a prominent member of the legendary Hungarian national team known as the ''Mighty Magyars'', which also included Ferenc Puskás, Zoltán Czibor, Sándor Kocsis, József Bozsik and Nándor Hidegkuti. After retiring as a player, Lóránt became a coach, most notably with Honvéd, FC Bayern Munich and PAOK Thessaloniki FC. While at PAOK, he guided them to a Greek Championship title in 1976. On 31 May 1981, while still working as coach, he suffered a heart attack, watching PAOK play Olympiacos CFP and died at the game, aged 58. Lóránt Méhes (born 5 January 1951, Szabadszállás) is a Hungary, Hungarian visual artist and painter. László Lóránt Keresztes (born in Kaposvár, Hungary on 22 June 1975) is a Hungarian economist and politician. He has been a member of parliament in the National Assembly of Hungary (''Országgyűlés)'' since May 2018. Péter Károly Lóránt (born October 23, 1985) is a Hungarian professional basketball player who currently plays for the Atomerőmű SE of the Hungarian National Championship. Professional career Lóránt began his career in Hungarian team BC Körmend until 2004, when he signs with Debrecini. In 2005, he leaves the country to play with Sanex Antwerp Giants at Basketball League Belgium. Lóránt Oláh
Lóránt Oláh (; born 23 November 1979) is a Serbian-born Hungarian retired footballer who played as a striker. Career After playing for Solunac Karađorđevo, Oláh moved to Hungary and joined Nemzeti Bajnokság I club Szeged in the summer of 1999. He subsequently returned to FR Yugoslavia and played for Vojvodina in the latter part of the 1999–2000 season. After spending two years at Solunac Karađorđevo, Oláh moved to Hungary for the second time and signed with Szolnok in the summer of 2002. He spent one season at the club, before switching to Kaposvár and helping them win promotion to the top flight in 2004. Lóránt Hegedüs (28 June 1872 – 1 January 1943) was a Hungarian politician, who served as Minister of Finance between 1920 and 1921. He finished his studies in Berlin and London. After that he started his career in the Ministry of Finance, then he worked in the United States when he researched the emigration cases. Hegedüs served as chairman of the Hungarian Trade Bank.
