Luís Maximiano
Luís Manuel Arantes Maximiano (born 5 January 1999) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Serie A club Lazio. Club career Sporting CP Born in Celeirós, Aveleda e Vimieiro, Braga District, Maximiano joined Sporting CP's youth system at the age of 13, from S.C. Braga. He made his senior debut in the LigaPro with the former's reserves on 25 October 2017, in a 1–1 away draw against C.D. Nacional. He also began training with the first team, acting as third choice behind Rui Patrício and Romain Salin. Maximiano played his first competitive match with the main squad on 26 September 2019, in a 1–2 home loss to Rio Ave F.C. in the group stage of the Taça da Liga. The 2019–20 Taça da Liga was the thirteenth edition of the Taça da Liga (also known as Allianz Cup for sponsorship reasons), a football league cup competition organised by the Liga Portuguesa de Futebol Profissional and contested exclusively by clubs competing in the top two professional tiers of Portuguese football – the Primeira Liga and the LigaPro. It began on 27 July 2019 and concluded with the final in Braga on 25 January 2020, between Braga and Porto. Romain Jules Salin (born 29 July 1984) is a French former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He spent most of his professional career in Portugal's Primeira Liga, making 140 appearances for Naval, Marítimo, Rio Ave and Sporting CP, winning a Taça de Portugal and two Taça da Liga titles with the last of those clubs. Rui Pedro dos Santos Patrício (; born 15 February 1988) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Serie A team Roma and the Portugal national team. He is often nicknamed "São Patrício" (''Saint Patrício'') for his saves for club and country.
