Luk De Koninck (born in 1952 in Belgium) is a Belgian television actor. Education De Koninck studied drama at the Koninlijk Conservatorium in Brussels, making his acting breakthrough in 1975, debuting in the TV series ''Klaaglied om Agnes'' in which he played the role of Jan. He appeared in Belgian TV series such as '' Alfa Papa Tango'' (1990) and '' Flikken'' (1999). He is most famous for appearing in 29 episodes of ''Familie'', a series for which he also was casting director. Koninlijk Conservatorium
The Royal Conservatory of Brussels (, ) is a historic conservatory in Brussels, Belgium. Starting its activities in 1813, it received its official name in 1832. Flikken
''Flikken'' (Belgian Dutch for "Cops") was a popular Flemish- Belgian TV series about a police-department located in Ghent. The show started in 1999 and ended on 19 April 2009. In the series, a team of six police officers solved various crimes, petty crimes as well as organised crime. The series always aimed at showing the policework in a realistic way—though a little personal drama was never far off. Of all the actors that came along during the ten seasons, only Mark Tijsmans (playing Wilfried Pasmans) and Ludo Hellinx (playing Raymond Jacobs) appeared throughout the entire series. Flikken was produced by the VRT and broadcast on Belgian public channel Eén and TROS in the Netherlands. Flikken is very popular in Belgium and the Netherlands. ''Witse'' is a Dutch language crime drama produced by Belgium, Belgian broadcaster Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroep, VRT and broadcast on their één channel. It is also shown on BVN. It was first broadcast in 2004 and was popular enough to run for nine seasons, with the final one airing in 2012. It starred Hubert Damen as the eponymous Witse, a driven inspector in the Belgian federal police based in Halle, Belgium, Halle.
