Lollu Sabha
Lollu Sabha is a 2003-2008 Indian Tamil-language comedy series written by Rambhala and starring Lollu Sabha Manohar, Swaminathan, Jeeva, Balaji, Santhanam and Jangiri Madhumitha. It was broadcast on STAR Vijay with 156 episodes. Each episode of the series was a spoof of a Tamil feature film and television show. Comedy actor Santhanam, Swaminathan, Manohar, Yogi Babu and Madhumitha are the leads of the show. Cast Development In 2004, Rambhala pitched the idea of ''Lollu Sabha'' to the Star Vijay group's programming head Pradeep Milroy Peter, who approved for the show to be made. The concept was initially supposed to be a two-minute skit as a part of another show called ''Breakfast Show'' that Rambhala was working on, but the channel's head, Vijay Iyer, asked for 30-minute episodes to be made instead. Lollu Sabha Maaran
Ilancheran, better known as Lollu Sabha Maaran, is an Indian actor and comedian known for his work in Tamil films. He became a well-known face when he started acting in the television show Comedy Bazaar, which aired on Jaya TV. Career He started his career as an art director for television shows. After that, he got a chance to work with the television shows ''Comedy Bazaar'' and ''Lollu Sabha'' and to play a supporting role in the '' Student Number 1'' movie. In 2014, after acting in C. S. Amudhan's ''Rendavathu Padam'', he tried to become a director, but due to financial problems, he approached his friend Santhanam to refer a producer.
