Lew Temple
Lew Temple (born October 2, 1967) is an American actor known for roles in ''Domino'' and ''Waitress'', and for playing Axel in the third season of '' The Walking Dead''. Early life Temple was raised in Texas. He was the 1982 Baseball MVP at Rollins College, and graduated in 1985. Career Baseball Though he was not good enough for the big leagues, he continued with his love for baseball, snagging roles as a minor league bullpen catcher for the Seattle Mariners and Houston Astros. In 1986, he was a scout for the New York Mets, and would later go on to serve as assistant director of Minor League Operations and Scouting for the Astros until 1993. Acting Film Temple has had several film roles in the horror genre, appearing in Rob Zombie's horror film, '' The Devils Rejects'' as Adam Banjo, portraying Sheriff Winston in the prequel to the remake of ''The Texas Chain Saw Massacre'' and as Noel Kluggs in Rob Zombie's slasher film, ''Halloween''. Spooky Empire
Spooky Empire is an American multigenre convention focused primarily on horror and science fiction, held bi-annually in Florida. The convention, which is billed as "the dark side of Comic-Con", features vendors, a film and tattoo festival, music, and celebrity guests. History Co-founded by Peter Mongelli and Blaine Kimball, Spooky Empire has been held in Florida since 2003. It is held twice a year, in the spring and in the autumn. The first event took place at a Holiday Inn in Broward County, Florida. The convention was held in Orlando, Florida from 2006 to 2019, before moving to Tampa, Florida for its autumn 2019 event due to a lack of sufficient available venue space in Orlando. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003 Film)
''The Texas Chainsaw Massacre'' is a 2003 American slasher film directed by Marcus Nispel (in his feature directorial debut), written by Scott Kosar, and starring Jessica Biel, Jonathan Tucker, Erica Leerhsen, Mike Vogel, Eric Balfour, and R. Lee Ermey. Its plot follows a group of young adults traveling through rural Texas who encounter Leatherface and his murderous family. Zombie Apocalypse
Zombie apocalypse is a subgenre of apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic fiction in which society collapses due to overwhelming swarms of zombies. Usually, only a few individuals or small bands of human survivors are left living. There are many different causes of a zombie apocalypse in fiction. In some versions, the reason the dead rise and attack humans is unknown; in others, a parasite or infection is the cause - framing the film like a plague. Some stories have every corpse zombify regardless of the cause of death, whereas others require exposure to the infection, most commonly in the form of a bite. The genre originated in the 1968 American horror film ''Night of the Living Dead'', which was directed by George A.
