Les Colocs (''The Roommates'') were a rock music group from Québec formed in 1990 in Montreal. Profile Founded in 1990 and fronted by Dédé Fortin, ''Les Colocs'' made music in Quebec French. Their sound, infused with brass sounds, was inspired by swing, country, blues and African music; in 1998, they collaborated with the Senegal-born Diouf brothers for the album ''Dehors novembre''. Montreal
Montreal ( ; officially Montréal, ) is the second-most populous city in Canada and most populous city in the Canadian province of Quebec. AllMusic (previously known as All-Music Guide and AMG) is an American online music database.
