Lee Aronsohn
Lee Aronsohn (born December 15, 1952) is an American television writer, composer and producer. He is the co-creator of the successful TV Show '' Two and a Half Men''. He has written for many sitcoms, such as '' The Love Boat'', '' Who's the Boss?'', ''Murphy Brown'', '' Grace Under Fire'', '' The Big Bang Theory'', and '' Cybill''. Career In 1975 he founded the comic book store "Trade-A-Tape Comic Center" in Lincoln, Nebraska, which he ran for two years. The store is still in operation over 40 years later, under its fourth owner. Rick Reynolds (born December 13, 1951) is an American comedian known for his one-man shows ''Only the Truth Is Funny'' and ''All Grown Up...and No Place to Go.'' ''Only the Truth Is Funny'' began as a theatrical show and was eventually broadcast on Showtime and nominated for a 1993 Emmy Award for writing. Early life and education Reynolds was born in Wood Village, Oregon, a suburb of in Portland. His father drowned when Rick was six months old. His manic depressive mother brought in several stepfathers, who were abusive. He graduated from Portland State University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in philosophy. A showrunner (or colloquially a helmer) is the top-level executive producer of a television series production who has creative and management authority through combining the responsibilities of employer and, in comedy or dramas, typically also the head writer, script and story editor.
