	Labour International Labour International is an organisation for members of the Labour Party who live outside the United Kingdom. It is recognised by the National Executive Committee as a constituency Labour Party. The purpose of the organisation is to represent Labour members who live abroad, whether temporarily or permanently; to help maximise the Labour Party vote from overseas and to gain ideas from party members living in other countries. 	National Executive Committee Of The Labour Party The National Executive Committee (NEC) is the governing body of the UK Labour Party, setting the overall strategic direction of the party and policy development. Its composition has changed over the years, and includes representatives of affiliated trade unions, the Parliamentary Labour Party, constituency Labour parties (CLP), and socialist societies, as well as ''ex officio'' members such as the party Leader and Deputy Leader and several of their appointees.
