Kwan Pun Leung
Kwan Pun Leung (關本良) is a Hong Kong cinematographer. After starting his career as a photographer in the local arts and culture scene, he made his motion picture debut as director of photography on director Stanley Kwan’s 1997 film '' Hold You Tight''. Kwan then worked on Ann Hui’s films '' July Rhapsody'' (2002) and ''The Postmodern Life of My Aunt'' (2006), as well as Wong Kar-wai’s 2004 film '' 2046''. He was a senior lecturer in cinematography at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as the City University of Hong Kong City University of Hong Kong (CityU) is a world-class public research university located in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. Stanley Kwan
Stanley Kwan (traditional Chinese: 關錦鵬; simplified Chinese: 关锦鹏); born 9 October 1957) is a Hong Kong film director and producer. Kwan landed a job at TVB after receiving a mass communications degree at Hong Kong Baptist College. Kwan's first film was ''Women'' (1985), which starred Chow Yun-fat, and was a big box-office success. Kwan's films often deal sympathetically with the plight of women and their struggles with romantic affairs of the heart. ''Rouge'' (1987), ''Full Moon in New York'' (1989), ''Center Stage'' (1992; a.k.a. Ann Hui On-wah, (; born 23 May 1947) is a film director, producer, screenwriter and actress from Hong Kong who is one of the most critically acclaimed filmmakers of the Hong Kong New Wave. She is known for her films about social issues in Hong Kong which include: literary adaptations, martial arts, semi-autobiographical works, women's issues, social phenomena, political changes, and thrillers.
