PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (trading as KAI Commuter, abbreviated as KCI or KAIC) is a subsidiary of the Indonesian national railway company PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) which manages commuter rail services. Initially founded as an operator of Greater Jakarta commuter rail, the company currently responsible to several commuter rail and local train systems in Indonesia. History KAI Commuter has its root from Jabotabek Urban Transport Division ( id, Divisi Angkutan Perkotaan Jabotabek) of KAI (previously PT Kereta Api), which was separated from Operating Area I Jakarta (''Daerah Operasi I Jakarta'') of KAI. The division handles the Jabotabek commuter rail (currently KRL Commuterline), while the ''Daerah Operasi I'' handles long-distance trains and railway infrastructures. Juanda Railway Station
Juanda Station ( id, Stasiun Juanda, station code: JUA) is a railway station located in Kebon Kelapa, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. Since Gambir station stopped serving Commuterline trains, Juanda, along, with Gondangdia station, has become the alternative for passengers going to Merdeka Square and the surrounding areas. The station got its name from the nearby road, which in turn is named after Djuanda Kartawidjaja, the 11th and final Prime Minister of Indonesia. Prambanan Express ( id, Prambanan Ekspres), commonly abbreviated as Pramex (in English) and Prameks (in Indonesian) is a commuter rail service that operates between Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta and Kutoarjo, Purworejo Regency, Central Java in Indonesia. The service, which first operated in 1994, covers a distance of about 64 kilometers and operates using diesel multiple unit trains.
