''Silsila'' () is a 1981 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film co-written, directed, and produced by Yash Chopra. The story revolves around the love triangle of Amit (Amitabh Bachchan), a romantic playwright, Shobha (Jaya Bachchan), his wife, and Chandni (Rekha), his former partner. Keir Lamont Gist (born September 15, 1969), professionally known by his stage name KayGee, is an American DJ and record producer from East Orange, New Jersey, best known as a member of hip hop trio Naughty by Nature. The Kay-Gees were an American funk and disco group during the 1970s, protégés of Kool & the Gang. The group featured Amir Bayyan (Kevin Bell), younger brother to Kool & the Gang's Robert "Kool" Bell and Ronald Bell (Khalis Bayyan), who subsequently joined his brothers in Kool & the Gang, as well as Kevin Lassiter, Michael Cheek, Callie Cheek, Dennis White, Glen Griffin, Fernando Arocho, Greg Radford, Huey Harris, Peter Duarte, Ray Wright and Wilson Becket. Panford Kofi Gad Manye, known by the mononym KGee, is a Ghanaian hiplife and hip-hop rapper. He started as the other half of the hiplife duo KgPM with The PM (also called The Prhyme Minister). They released their debut album titled ''Saa Na Wotiɛ'', which featured Blitz the Ambassador and Obrafour. They later released an Azonto song titled "Xtra Large" which featured Ghanaian singer Atumpan. Recognition and musical style KGee started as a member of KgPM in the late 90s but took time off to concentrate on University. Karl Clive Gordon, known by the stage name K-Gee, is a British DJ, producer, rapper and songwriter and former member of the Outlaw Posse. Gordon was brought up listening to reggae by his father and was inspired to become a DJ after listening to Grandmaster Flash's "The Message" and other early hip-hop tracks. K-Gee and his friend Bello decided to start Outlaw Posse and one of his demo tapes ended up at Richie Rich and in 1990 the debut single "Party" was released and later the album ''My Afros on Fire''. In 1992, the second album ''The Oneness of Two Minds in Unison'' was released, however the band split up and K-Gee returned to being a DJ.
