Karthika Nair
Karthika Nair (born 27 June 1992) is a former Indian actress who primarily worked down South in all language films. She made her debut in the 2009 Telugu film '' Josh'', opposite Naga Chaitanya. She rose to fame starring in her second and her first successful Tamil film '' Ko'', opposite Jiiva and Piaa Bajpai. She found further success in the Malayalam film '' Proprietors: Kammath & Kammath'', opposite Dileep. She is well known for her action roles in the comedy '' Brother of Bommali'', the social drama '' Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai'' and the Hindi epic TV series '' Aarambh''. Udaya Chandrika, better known by her screen/stage name Radha (born 3 June 1965), is an Indian actress, who predominantly appears in Tamil and Telugu films in addition to a few Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films. She was one of the top heroine in the film industry for about a decade; from 1981 to 1991 (dominating the 80s era). Her elder sister Ambika, was also an actress. Urvashi
Urvashi ( sa, उर्वशी, Urvaśī}) is the most prominent apsara (celestial nymph) in Hindu mythology, considered to be the most beautiful of all the apsaras, and an expert dancer. She is mentioned in both ''Vedic'' and ''Puranic'' scriptures and is often portrayed as a 'swan maiden'. ''Makaramanju'' ( en, The Mist of Capricorn, italic=yes) is a 2011 Malayalam language romantic drama film written and directed by Lenin Rajendran. The film is about celebrated painter Raja Ravi Varma's life at a certain stage in his life. It also narrates the story of epic character Pururavas. The 1st South Indian International Movie Awards were presented on June 22, 2012, in Dubai, UAE, to honour the best cinematic achievements of the South Indian film industry in the year 2011.
