Karolina Kucharczyk
Karolina Kucharczyk (born 24 April 1991 in Rawicz) is a Polish Paralympic athlete who began in her sport at age twelve. She won a gold medal for Poland at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in the Long Jump class F20. She broke her own record in doing so with a jump of 6.00m. She won a silver medal at the 2016 Summer Paralympics. The 2019 World Para Athletics Championships was a Paralympic track and field event organised by the World Para Athletics subcommittee of the International Paralympic Committee. The 2016 IPC Athletics European Championships was a track and field competition for athletes with a disability open to International Paralympic Committee (IPC) affiliated countries within Europe, plus Israel. It was held in Grosseto, Italy and took part between 10 and 16 June. The competition was staged at Stadio Olimpico Carlo Zecchini. Approximately 700 athletes from 35 countries attended the games. The World Para Athletics European Championships (''European Para Athletics Championships''), known prior to 2018 as the IPC Athletics European Championships is an event organized by World Para Athletics, the international athletics federation established under the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) in 2016.
