The following is a list of stations owned by Innovate Corp. either under the HC2 Broadcasting, HC2 Holdings or DTV America holding company names. Innovate owns and operates 251 television stations, 248 of which are low-power facilities (with 39 as Class A licenses) and three of which operate as full-service facilities. These stations span across 112 designated market areas in the United States ranging from as large as New York, New York, to as small as Quincy, Illinois, and Traverse City, Michigan. These stations have no local operations and rely almost entirely upon outsourced programming from third parties or the 24-hour feeds of digital multicast television networks for content. One of these networks, Azteca América, was also owned by Innovate Corp., until ending operations on December 31, 2022. WPSJ-CD, (channel 8) is a low-power Class A television station serving Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, that is licensed to Hammonton, New Jersey. The station is owned by HC2 Holdings, with a transmitter located in Waterford Township, New Jersey. Founded as W08CC in 1986 by Paul Engle, the station is one of the oldest low-power TV stations in New Jersey. For 25 years, it provided a mix of local interest and syndicated programs. After being sold in 2012, it has primarily carried Spanish-language programming services, including MundoFox/MundoMax and Azteca América. WPVN-CD (channel 24) is a low-powered, Class A television station in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The station is owned by HC2 Holdings. WPVN-CD's studios are located on West Belmont Avenue in northwest Chicago, and its transmitter is located atop the Trump International Hotel and Tower in downtown Chicago. History The station became a Retro TV affiliate for the Chicago television market on November 13, 2010 (through June 30, 2013), but the main purpose of the station is to relocate much of the ethnic programming removed by Weigel Broadcasting in December 2010 when they decided to end carrying it over to WCIU-DT6.
