KSEQ is a commercial radio station located in Fresno, California, broadcasting to the Fresno, California and Visalia, California, areas on 97.1 FM. KGST (1600 kHz) is a commercial AM radio station in Fresno, California, broadcasting an ethnic radio format. It is owned by Lotus Communications with studios on East Olive Avenue in Fresno. The station uses a brokered programming plan, with shows in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Armenian. KGST is powered at 5,000 watts. By day, it is non-directional. Buckley Broadcasting (or Buckley Radio) was an American broadcasting company that previously held radio stations in the states of New York, Rhode Island, California and Connecticut. History Buckley Broadcasting Radio was founded in 1954 as Buckley-Jaeger Broadcasting. Richard D. Buckley Sr and John Jaeger were the original founding partners.
