Kyle Roche
Kyle Roche (born October 1987) is an American Lawyer, attorney and real estate developer from Amherst, New York. He was the center of a scandal after it was revealed that Roche was targeting lawsuits against competitors of the cryptocurrency platform Avalanche (blockchain platform), Avalanche in order to commit market manipulation and profiteering, profiteer from his stake in the company. The public backlash led to his October 2022 resignation from the Roche Freedman law firm he co-founded with Devin Freedman. Freedman rebranded the firm to Freedman Normand Friedland, and they later rehired Roche in July 2024. Roche is married to Kaylin Marcotte, and their $3.5 million purchase of an Elmwood Historic District–East, Elmwood Historic District mansion holds the record for highest residential real estate transaction in the history of Buffalo, New York.
