The Kuwait Armed Forces ( ar, القوات المسلحة الكويتية, Al-Quwwat Al-Musallahah Al-Kuwaitiyah) are the military forces of the Kuwait, State of Kuwait. Coat Of Arms Of Kuwait
The emblem of Kuwait ( ar, شعار الكويت) was created in 1962 and it consists of the shield of the flag design in color superimposed on a golden falcon (Hawk of Quraish) with wings displayed. The falcon supports a disk containing a boom sailing ship, a type of dhow, with the full name of the state written (in Arabic) at the top of the disk. The dhow is a symbol of the maritime tradition of the country and is also found in the national coat of arms of Qatar (until 2008, also in the UAE coat of arms). The falcon is a symbol of the Banu Quraish line, to which the Islamic prophet Muhammad belonged and is likewise found in many coats of arms of the Arabian Peninsula. The coat of arms replaced an older emblem with a falcon and two crossed flags. Battle Of Al-Regeai
The battle In 1928, the Battle of Al-Regeai (Arabic: معركة الرقعي), took place and was considered the last military battle in Kuwait's early history. The battle took place in January during the reign of His Highness the 10th Ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. In this battle, vehicles were used for the first time in Kuwait warfare. The battle was brought to effect by a raid of the Ikhwan group on a number of Kuwaitis who were farming in an area designated "Umm Al-Ruweisat", located in the northwest of Al Jahra. The Ikhwan force which consisted of some five hundred horsemen seized their farms. The Battle of Dasman Palace ( ''maʿraka Qaṣr Dasmān''), also called the Battle of Dasman, was a battle between the Kuwaiti and Iraqi forces during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait on 2 August 1990. The Battle of the Bridges or Kuwaiti Bridges ( ar, معركة الجسور), also known as the Battle of Jal al Atraf, was a battle that took place on 2 August 1990, in Kuwait following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. Name The bridges referred to are the two bridges that cross the Sixth Ring Road at the junction with Highway 70, west of the Kuwaiti town of Al Jahra.
