Knockout (Marvel Comics)
The Femme Fatales are a group of female supervillains appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. They are often depicted as antagonists to the superhero characters Spider-Man and Captain America. Fictional team history The Femme Fatales are villains and Mutant (Marvel Comics), mutants that serve as mercenaries for hire. Group members Bloodlust and Whiplash have a history of working together prior to joining the Femme Fatales, as members of a previous group called the Band of Baddies. They were hired by fellow villain the Chameleon (comics), Chameleon in the disguise of Dr. Turner to threaten an ambassador. Spider-Man intervened and saved the ambassador, making him an enemy of the Femme Fatales. They then joined forces with other villains the Mac Gargan, Scorpion and the Tarantula (Marvel Comics)#Luis Alvarez, Tarantula, but all of them were defeated by Spider-Man and his ally the Black Cat (Marvel Comics), Black Cat. The Amazing Spider-Man
''The Amazing Spider-Man'' is an ongoing American superhero American comic book, comic book series featuring the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man as its title character and main protagonist. Being in the Earth 616, mainstream continuity of the franchise, it was the character's first title, launching seven months after his introduction in the final issue of ''Amazing Fantasy''. The series began publication with a March 1963 cover date and has been published nearly continuously to date over six volumes with only one significant interruption. Issues of the title currently feature an issue number within its sixth volume, as well as a "legacy" number reflecting the issue's overall number across all ''Amazing Spider-Man'' volumes. The title reached 900 issues in 2022. The series began as a bimonthly periodical before being increased to monthly after four issues. A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics) is a fictional criminal organization appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, it First appearance, first appeared in ''Strange Tales'' #146 (July 1966). A.I.M. is primarily depicted as a think tank of brilliant scientists dedicated to world domination through technological means. The organization started as a branch of Hydra (comics), HYDRA founded by Baron Strucker. Its most notable creations include the Cosmic Cube, Super-Adaptoid, and MODOK, who has been depicted as a prominent member of A.I.M. and sometimes the organization's leader. Jubilation "Jubilee" Lee is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Chris Claremont and artist Marc Silvestri, the character first appeared in ''Uncanny X-Men'' #244 (May 1989). Jubilee is a member of the human subspecies known as Mutant (Marvel Comics), mutants, born with superhuman abilities. She can generate pyrotechnic energy blasts from her hands. Domino (Neena Thurman) is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is best known as a member of the mutant team X-Force. Created by writer Fabian Nicieza and artist/co-writer Rob Liefeld, Domino made her first full cover story appearance in ''X-Force'' #8 (March 1992) as an original member of the Wild Pack team led by the mutant Cable.
