Kidz Bop
Kidz Bop is an American children's music group that produces family-friendly covers of pop songs and related media. Kidz Bop releases compilation albums that feature children covering songs that chart high on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and/or receive heavy airplay from contemporary hit radio stations several months ahead of each album's release. Their cover versions contain lyrics with substitutes for the lyrics' original profanity. On some occasions, the original artist will perform on a track, such as "Take You There" featuring vocals from Sean Kingston. Karen Elva Zerby (born July 31, 1946) is the leader of The Family International, founded by her former husband David Berg as the “Children of God”, proven in court to have promoted and enacted sexual abuse of adults and children, including prostitution as a means of proselytizing. Jones Beach Theater is an outdoor amphitheatre at Jones Beach State Park in Wantagh, New York. It is one of two major outdoor arenas in the New York metropolitan area, along with PNC Bank Arts Center near the Jersey Shore. Both venues are managed by Live Nation. The theater was designed to specifications provided by Robert Moses, who created Jones Beach State Park. The Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island is an outdoor live entertainment venue within the Childs Restaurants building on the Riegelmann Boardwalk in the Coney Island neighbrohood of Brooklyn in New York City. The venue opened in June 2016. History Plans for the Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island began in 2012. Construction began in 2015. It was constructed at the location of the Childs Restaurant on the Coney Island Boardwalk. The restaurant was originally constructed in 1923. It was renovated when the amphitheater was being constructed. The rooftop part of the restaurant opened back up in July 2016, followed by the main restaurant in 2017. The Oakdale Theatre (originally known as the Oakdale Musical Theatre) is a multi-purpose performance venue, located in Wallingford, Connecticut. Opened in 1954, the venue consists of an auditorium and domed theatre, known as The Dome at Oakdale. History The music venue was founded by Ben Segal in 1954. At this time, the theatre was an open-air theatre in the round venue seating 1,400. It was located in an alfalfa field near the Oakdale Tavern.
