Karl Anthony
Karl Anthony (born March 14, 1967) is an American former professional Canadian football, football player who was a defensive back in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was a CFL All-Star with the Calgary Stampeders in 1993. He won a Grey Cup championship with the Baltimore Stallions in 83rd Grey Cup, 1995 and was named the Grey Cup Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 82nd Grey Cup, 1994. Career Anthony played his college football at Southwest Missouri State University and first played professionally for three years with the Calgary Stampeders, where he was an all-star in 1993. In 1994, he moved to the Baltimore Stallions he won the Grey Cup's Most Valuable Player in a losing cause against the British Columbia Lions. New Iberia (french: La Nouvelle-Ibérie; es, Nueva Iberia) is the largest city in and parish seat of Iberia Parish in the U.S. state of Louisiana. The Grey Cup's Most Valuable Player (MVP) award is awarded annually since 1959 to the player of the winning team who deemed to have had the best performance in the Grey Cup Game, the Canadian Football League's championship game. The BC Lions are a professional Canadian football team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Lions compete in the West Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL), and play their home games at BC Place. The 83rd Grey Cup a.k.a. The Canadian Football League played an all-star game regularly during the 1950s and 1970s and twice in the 1980s. 1950s The first game in 1955 actually precedes the establishment of the Canadian Football Council and the CFL, and was known as the Shrine Game, sponsored by the Shriners to raise funds for Shriners Hospitals for Children. It was held each year from 1955 to 1958 the week after the Grey Cup, as the Interprovincial Rugby Football Union All-Stars took on the Western Interprovincial Football Union.
