Sweden competed in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2010, with Swedish broadcaster Sveriges Television (SVT) having returned to organise the Swedish entry for the first time since 2005, after TV4 had withdrawn prior to the contest. An internal selection was used to select the 7th Swedish entry in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, with Josefine Ridell being selected to sing "Allt jag vill ha" at the contest in Minsk, Belarus. The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 was the eighth edition of the annual Junior Eurovision Song Contest and took place in Minsk, Belarus. It was held on 20 November 2010. The contest was won by Vladimir Arzumanyan from Armenia with the song Mama. This gave Armenia its first Junior Eurovision victory and its first victory in any Eurovision contest. Location The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) invited broadcasters to bid for the rights to host the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010. Belarus broadcaster National State Television and Radio Company of the Republic of Belarus (BRTC) won the rights to organise the contest over bids from Russia and Malta. The competing songs were primarily in Swedish and written by the participants themselves. He was the executive supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest from 2004 to 2010 and the Junior Eurovision Song Contest from 2003 to 2010. MGP Nordic (''Melodi Grand Prix Nordic'') was a Scandinavian song contest for children aged 8 to 15, organized by Danmarks Radio, DR, NRK, Sveriges Television, SVT and Yle through Yle Fem.
