John Dicks (actor)
John Dicks (born 23 July 1947) is an English stage, film and television actor. His stage work includes appearances with the RSC, and in Andrew Lloyd Webber's flop musical ''Jeeves'' in London, 1975, in which he also sang on the rare recording. His film appearances include ''The Empire Strikes Back'' (1980), ''The First Kangaroos'' (1988), ''Flirting'' (1991), ''Return to the Blue Lagoon'' (1991) and ''Queen of the Damned ''Queen of the Damned'' is a 2002 vampire film directed by Michael Rymer, loosely based on the third novel of Anne Rice's ''The Vampire Chronicles'' series, ''The Queen of the Damned'' (1988), although the film contains many plot elements from t ...'' ''Marco Polo'' is a 1982 American-Italian television miniseries originally broadcast by NBC in the United States and by RAI in Italy. It stars Kenneth Marshall as Marco Polo, the 13th-century Venetian merchant and explorer. The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) is a major British theatre company, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England.
