Jalan Duta
Taman Duta refers to the area that Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim (previously also named Jalan Duta) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia passes through. The area spans from the adjoining roundabout of Jalan Kuching, which the high flyover would take traffic straight into Jalan Ipoh and ends at the Parliament where it adjoins Jalan Mahameru. Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim
Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim, formerly known as Jalan Duta, is a major highway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It connects Segambut to the Malaysian Houses of Parliament, Parliament interchange on the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 1. It was named after the fifth and fourteenth Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah of Kedah (reigned 1970–1975 and 2011–2016). History It used to be known as Guilemard Road. The road was constructed in the early 1960s. On 26 November 2014, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) changed the name of Jalan Duta to Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim. There was public opposition to the renaming, as Jalan Duta was a well-established name and the name change went against the common policy of not naming roads after living public figures, but despite this the government went ahead with the renaming. Jalan Ipoh is a major road in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The road is named after the city of Ipoh in Perak. Its English name is called ''Ipoh Road''. Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex
The Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex ( ms, Kompleks Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur) is a large courthouse complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, housing various courts of the country's judicial system. The complex is situated along Jalan Duta (Duta Road) in Segambut, some away from the earlier location of the judicial system at a collection of colonial buildings affront the Merdeka Square. The Istana Negara (English: National Palace) is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the monarch of Malaysia. It is located along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim (formerly Jalan Duta) in Damansara Heights, northwestern Kuala Lumpur. The palace opened in 2011 and replaced the old Istana Negara which was located at a different compound in central Kuala Lumpur. MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre (MECC) ( ms, Pusat Pameran dan Konvensyen MATRADE) is a trade centre, exhibition hall, and convention centre in the suburb of Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. MECC, established by MATRADE ( Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation), provides convention facilities, exhibition halls, and meeting rooms. Rapid KL (styled as ''rapidKL'') is a public transportation system owned by Prasarana Malaysia and operated by its subsidiaries Rapid Rail and Rapid Bus. With its coverage throughout Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley areas, it was followed by a federal government restructuring of public transport systems in Kuala Lumpur after the bankruptcy of STAR and PUTRA Light Rapid Transit operators, the precursors to the Ampang/Sri Petaling Lines and Kelana Jaya Line respectively. In 2003, it had inherited bus services and assets formerly operated and owned by Intrakota and Cityliner after being bailed out. Semantan MRT Station
The Semantan MRT Station or Manulife-Semantan for sponsorship reasons, is a mass rapid transit (MRT) station that serves the suburb of Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is one of the stations on the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line and was opened on 16 December 2016 when Phase One of the line became operational.
