Joyce McMullin
Joyce McMullin is an Irish former Gaelic footballer who played for Four Masters and the Donegal county team. He was a member of the team that won Donegal's first All-Ireland title in 1992, and was selected as an All Star in 1990. Born in County Donegal, Ireland, McMullin played senior football for Donegal from 1983 to 1999. Playing career Club McMullin played with Four Masters, his local club in Donegal Town, from an early age. He was part of the team which won the club's first two Donegal Senior Football Championship medals, in 1982 and 1984, before emigration led to a decline in the club's fortunes for the rest of his tenure there. Ulster Senior Football Championship
The Ulster Senior Football Championship is an inter-county competition for Gaelic football teams in the Irish province of Ulster. It is organised by the Ulster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) and begins in April. The final is played in May, but, traditionally, was usually played on the third Sunday in July. All nine Ulster counties participate. It is regarded as hardest to win of the four provincial football championships. At a referee conference in January 2015, David Coldrick said about officiating in the competition: "Ulster makes or breaks you. It can be a graveyard. The games are different. Brian McEniff
Brian McEniff (born 1 December 1942) is a former Gaelic football player, manager and administrator. McEniff played as a wing-back for the St Joseph's combination of clubs from Bundoran and Ballyshannon. He won seven Donegal Senior Football Championship titles with that combination of clubs and another one with Réalt na Mara, when St Joseph's divided. He won two Ulster Senior Football Championship titles with the Donegal county team as player-manager in 1972 and 1974 and was awarded an All Star after the first of these. He returned to manage the county to a third Ulster SFC title in 1983, then left again. He returned once more in 1989, leading the county to its fourth and fifth Ulster SFC titles in 1990 and 1992, as well as the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship in the last of these. The ''Donegal Democrat'' is a twice-weekly local newspaper, covering County Donegal, Ireland. 1982 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship
The 1982 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship was the 19th staging of the All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1964. Cork entered the championship as defending champions, however, they were defeated by Roscommon in the All-Ireland semi-final. Donegal won the championship following an 0–8 to 0–5 defeat of Roscommon in the All-Ireland final. This was their fourth All-Ireland title overall and their second in successive seasons. Donegal Senior Football Championship
The Donegal Senior Football Championship (abbreviated as Donegal SFC) is an annual football competition organised by Donegal GAA and contested by the highest-level clubs, to determine the best team in County Donegal. Since 2016, it has been known as Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure Donegal SFC after its headline sponsor. Initially a straight knock-out competition, the Donegal SFC added a round-robin group stage in 2013. The final is played at MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey. The winning club qualifies to represent its county in the Ulster Senior Club Football Championship, the winners of which go on to compete in the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship.
