Jonas Eliasson
Jonas Eliasson (born 3 February 1969) is a Swedish professor, transportation specialist and former director of the transport administration in the city of Stockholm. Biography Jonas Eliasson was born on February 3, 1969, to Ingemar Eliasson, a former government minister and county governor. Education and career Eliasson was a professor of transport system analysis at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm from 2007 until 2016. He was actively involved in the discussions on traffic planning in several large cities in Sweden and abroad. He has been working with road congestion pricing and cost benefit analysis. He has been a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences since 2009. Kristinehamn
Kristinehamn is a locality and the seat of Kristinehamn Municipality, Värmland County, Sweden, with 24,053 inhabitants in 2022. Geography Kristinehamn is situated by the shores of lake Vänern where the small rivers ''Varnan'' and ''Löt'' drain into the lake. It has a harbour and is a railroad and road transportation center. Nearby towns include Karlskoga and Karlstad and are located exactly in the middle of Oslo, Stockholm and Gothenburg with 250 km to each of them. Elis Ingemar Eliasson (born 30 March 1939) is a Swedish Liberal People's Party politician with a long and diverse career, having served as government minister, county governor, member of the Parliament and royal court official. Early life Ingemar Eliasson was born in the village of Visnums-Kils, in Värmland County's Kristinehamn Municipality. He holds a Master of Science in business and economics. Career In 1976, Eliasson became Undersecretary of State, and served as such until 1980, when he became minister for employment. The Swedish Transport Administration () is a government agency in Sweden, controlled by the Riksdag and the Government of Sweden. It is responsible for long-term infrastructure planning for transport: road, rail, shipping and aviation. The Chauvenet Prize is an annual award given by the Mathematical Association of America in recognition of an outstanding expository article on a mathematical topic. It consists of a prize of $1,000 and a certificate. The Chauvenet Prize was the first award established by the Mathematical Association of America.
