Jon Karrikaburu
Jon Karrikaburu Jaimerena (born 19 September 2002) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a forward for Real Sociedad. Club career Born in Elizondo, Navarre, Karrikaburu joined Real Sociedad's youth setup in 2014, aged 12. He made his senior debut with the C-team at the age of just 17 on 14 September 2019, starting and scoring his team's only in a 2–1 Tercera División away loss against Pasaia. Karrikaburu scored ten goals for the C's during his first senior season, and netted an impressive rate of 22 goals in only 20 matches for the side in his second; highlights included two hat-tricks against Aurrerá Ondarroa (4–1 home win) and Balmaseda (4–2 away win) and four goals in a 6–1 thrashing of Deusto. Elizondo, Navarre
Elizondo is a town located in the province and autonomous community of Navarre, northern Spain. It is located on both banks of the Baztan (river), Baztan River. The town is the capital of the Baztan (valley), Baztan valley and where most service establishments are concentrated. Elizondo is one of fifteen settlements in the valley. 2019–20 Tercera División
The 2019–20 Tercera División is the fourth tier of Spanish football. It began in August 2019 and was supposed to end in late June 2020 with the promotion play-off finals. On 11 March 2020, the season was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the premature end of the leagues, revoking all relegations and planning an eventual promotion playoff to be played if possible. Each regional federation would be allowed to plan their own group for the 2020–21 season.
