Jon Bingesser
Jon C. Bingesser is a former American football coach and school administrator. Coaching career High school Bingesser spent many years coaching in Kansas at the high school level. He was widely recognized by his peers for his coaching abilities in 2007 when he was inducted into the Kansas Shrine Bowl Hall of Fame after having coached the game in 1975 and then again in 1981. Kansas Wesleyan Bingesser was the 16th head football coach at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, Kansas and he held that position for four seasons, from 1981 until 1984. His coaching record at Kansas Wesleyan was 13–26–1. Academic career After coaching in college, Bingesser entered public school education in Kansas. Washburn Ichabods Football
The Washburn Ichabods football program represents Washburn University in college football. They participate in Division II sports within the NCAA. The team plays their home games in Yager Stadium at Moore Bowl, located on the Washburn campus in Topeka, Kansas. Washburn's football program dates back to 1890. The Ichabods claimed one MIAA conference championship in 2005, but 12 conference championships all together. The 1984 NAIA Division II football season, as part of the 1984 college football season in the United States and the 29th season of college football sponsored by the NAIA, was the 15th season of play of the NAIA's lower division for football. The season was played from August to November 1984 and culminated in the 1984 NAIA Division II Football National Championship, played at Maxwell Field on the campus of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.
