John Rosso
John Rosso is a Papua New Guinea politician and Member of the 10th Parliament of Papua New Guinea. He is also a businessman, and owns two companies based in Lae. Elected as an independent, he joined the Pangu Party shortly after the election. He is currently Minister for Lands and Physical Planning in the Marape-Steven Government. Career Rosso has been active in private enterprise and is the owner of FTM Construction and ESS Security Services. He was once employed as a bouncer at the Club 69 nightclub in Lae run by Madang Open MP Bryan Jared Kramer. Rosso was first elected to the Lae Open seat in the 2017 General Elections as an independent candidate. The prime minister of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea ( tpi, Prai Minista bilong Papua Niugini) is Papua New Guinea's head of government, consequent on being the leader of the party or coalition with majority support in the National Parliament. James Marape
James Marape (born 24 April 1971) is a Papua New Guinean politician, who is serving as the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea since May 2019. He has been a member of the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea since July 2007, representing the electorate of Tari-Pori Open in Hela Province in the highlands. He has held Cabinet Posts as Minister of Education (2008–2011) and Minister of Finance (2012–2019). Marape entered the 2022 elections under the banner of Pangu Party and won more seats than any other party. He was therefore entitled to form the government. His new government was elected unopposed by the new parliament. Early career Marape was born in 1971 in Tari, Hela Province (then in Southern Highlands Province). Sam Basil
Samuel H. Basil (16 November 1969 – 11 May 2022) was a Papua New Guinean politician. He was a member of the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea from 2007, representing the electorate of Bulolo Open, until his death in 2022. From 8 June 2019, to August 2019 Basil served as the Treasurer of Papua New Guinea. On 1 October 2020, Basil was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea in a cabinet reshuffle by Prime Minister James Marape, while also maintaining his existing portfolio as Minister for National Planning. Justin Wayne Tkatchenko, , BEM (born 2 June 1972) is an Australian-born Papua New Guinean politician. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Papua New Guinea from 23 June 2022 to 12 May 2023. Biography Tkatchenko was born in Australia to Ukrainian immigrants. The Pangu Pati, also known as the Pangu Party or Papua and Niugini Union Pati, is a political party in Papua New Guinea. As of September 2019, the party had 23 of 111 seats in the National Parliament. Bryan Jared Kramer
Bryan Jared Kramer is a Papua New Guinea politician and Member of the 10th and 11th Parliament of Papua New Guinea. He is also a businessman and social media strategist known for his Facebook page, The Kramer Report. Formerly a member of the Pangu Party, he founded the Allegiance Party, of which he is the sole MP, in 2018. He ran nine candidates in the 2022 National Elections, including one in each of Madang's seven electorates.
