Joachim Joseph Gruppelaar (24 October 1911 – 12 July 1971) was a Dutch equestrian. He competed at the 1948 Summer Olympics in jumping and finished in 20th place. Gruppelaar held a military rank of major in 1948. Amersfoort () is a city and municipality in the province of Utrecht, Netherlands, about 20 km from the city of Utrecht and 40 km south east of Amsterdam. As of 1 December 2021, the municipality had a population of 158,531, making it the second-largest of the province and fifteenth-largest of the country. Renkum () is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands. The municipality had a population of in and has a land area of . Renkum is situated along the river Rhine.
