Jimmy Ralph
Jimmy Ralph (born October 16, 1992) is a former professional Canadian football wide receiver. He began his professional career with the Toronto Argonauts in 2017 where he won his first Grey Cup as a member of the 105th Grey Cup championship team. Amateur career Ralph played for the Calgary Colts of the Canadian Junior Football League in 2012 before enrolling at Weber State University to play for the Wildcats. He redshirted for the 2013 season and, following a coaching overhaul the following year, elected to transfer to the University of Alberta to play for the Golden Bears for the 2014 season. He was a member of the Golden Bears from 2014 to 2016, but sat out the 2016 season due to injury. 2017 CFL Draft
The 2017 CFL Draft took place on Sunday May 7, 2017 at 7:00 PM ET on TSN and RDS. 71 players were chosen from among eligible players from Canadian universities, as well as Canadian players playing in the NCAA. The draft was broadcast live on TSN for two hours and then subsequent coverage shifted to digital platforms on TSN.ca and TSN GO. The production was hosted by Farhan Lalji and featured the CFL on TSN panel which included Duane Forde, Chris Schultz, Dave Naylor, and Marshall Ferguson. 2020 CFL Season
The 2020 CFL season would have been the 67th season of modern-day Canadian football. Officially, it would have been the 63rd season of the Canadian Football League. It was originally scheduled to begin on June 11; on April 7, the start of the season was delayed to begin no sooner than July due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada. The CFL planned to obtain financial assistance from the federal government. In May, the CFL delayed the season to no sooner than September, and announced that the Grey Cup was to be played as a home advantage game rather than as a neutral site game in Regina, Saskatchewan, as originally planned. The Edmonton Elks are a professional Canadian football team based in Edmonton, Alberta. McLeod John Baltazar Bethel-Thompson (born July 3, 1988) is an American professional football quarterback for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The 2019 Toronto Argonauts season was the 62nd season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 147th season overall. Anthony Coombs (born October 26, 1992) is a professional Canadian football wide receiver who is a free agent. He most recently played for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) football with the Manitoba Bisons. Ricky Ray (born October 22, 1979) is an American former professional Canadian football quarterback. Ray spent the majority of his professional career with the Edmonton Eskimos and Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
