Jessicka Addams (born Jessica Fodera on October 23, 1975) is an American visual artist and musician. Best known by her stage name Jessicka, she was the frontwoman for the alternative rock band Jack Off Jill, and later for the noise-pop band Scarling. Early life Jessicka grew up in the town of Sunrise, Florida. She was raised as an only child by her mother Nancy after her mother divorced her husband, Joseph. After high school, Jessicka immersed herself in music, the Goth subculture, gay iconography, John Waters, and feminist literature. At 15, she decided to start her own band and began writing lyrics that would later appear on early Jack Off Jill demos.
