Jean-Michel Bernard (born 23 November 1961) is a French pianist, composer, educator, Orchestration, orchestrator, and music producer. He is well known for regularly writing, performing, and scoring for films, such as ''The Science of Sleep'', ''Hugo (film), Hugo'', ''Paris Manhattan, Paris-Manhattan'', ''Cash (2010 film), Ca$h'', and ''Be Kind Rewind''. Jonathan Daniel Donahue (born May 6, 1966) is an American rock musician. He is best known as the frontman and a founding member of Mercury Rev, with whom he has released nine studio albums since 1991. He is also a former member of The Flaming Lips and recorded two albums with the group in the early 1990s. The Avalanches are an Australian electronic music group formed in Melbourne in 1997.
