Jari Kessler
Jari Kessler (born 29 November 1996) is a Croatian and Italian figure skater. For Croatia, he is the 2020 NRW Trophy champion, 2022 Jegvirag Cup silver medalist, and 2022 Merano Ice Trophy bronze medalist. He represented Italy until spring 2019, winning three senior international medals. Personal life Kessler was born in Cles, Italy. He played pond hockey before switching to figure skating. Career For Italy Kessler originally competed for Italy. In the 2012–13 season, he moved up to the junior ranks. He made his senior international debut in January 2016, at the Mentor Toruń Cup in Poland. Kessler's first senior medals came in the 2017–18 season. He won bronze at the Mentor Toruń Cup, in January, and another bronze at the Egna Spring Trophy, in April. In October 2018, he took bronze at the Golden Bear of Zagreb in Croatia. 2020 CS Budapest Trophy
The 2020 CS Budapest Trophy was held in October 2020 in Budapest, Hungary. It was part of the 2020–21 ISU Challenger Series. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, and ice dance. On September 10, 2020, the Hungarian National Skating Federation released the Hungarian government's COVID rules to which foreign competitors were required to adhere in order to gain entry to the country. Panu Aaltio (born 29 January 1982) is a Finnish film composer. He was educated at the Sibelius Academy and University of Southern California and established himself as a film composer with ''The Home of Dark Butterflies'' (2008). He has received the International Film Music Critics Association Award for Best Original Score for a Documentary three times, for '' Tale of a Forest'' (2012), ''Tale of a Lake'' (2016) and ''Tale of the Sleeping Giants'' (2021). Life and work Panu Aaltio was born in Nurmijärvi on 29 January 1982. Wanting to become a film composer, he studied music technology at the Sibelius Academy in Finland, attended the Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television program at the University of Southern California and worked as an intern on film and television productions in Los Angeles. Drew Meekins
Drew Meekins (born April 10, 1985) is an American retired pairs skater and choreographer. With former partner Julia Vlassov, he is the 2006 World Junior Champion. Meekins attended the 2018 Olympic Games with Mirai Nagasu. Skating career Meekins and Vlassov won the 2006 World Junior Championships. In their first season of senior international competition, they won the silver at the Nebelhorn Trophy, placed sixth at the 2006 Cup of China, and placed 5th at the 2006 NHK Trophy. Vlassov and Meekins finished in 7th place in their senior debut at the 2007 U.S. Championships. They were fifth in the free program. Vlassov and Meekins were assigned to two Grand Prix events for the 2007–2008 season; however, they were forced to withdraw from the 2007 Skate Canada International before the event began due to an injury to Meekins's shoulder which occurred during an attempted lift in practice. The Lumineers
The Lumineers are an American alternative folk band based in Denver, Colorado. The founding members are Wesley Schultz (lead vocals, guitar) and Jeremiah Fraites (drums, percussion, piano). Schultz and Fraites began writing and performing together in Ramsey, New Jersey, in 2005. Cellist and vocalist Neyla Pekarek joined the band in 2010, and was a member until 2018. The Lumineers emerged as one of the most popular folk-rock/ Americana artists during the revival of those genres, their popularity growing in the 2010s. The short program of figure skating is the first of two segments of competitions, skated before the free skating program. It lasts, for both senior and junior singles and pair skaters, 2 minutes and 40 seconds. In synchronized skating, for both juniors and seniors, the short program lasts 2 minutes and 50 seconds.
