James Fuller McKinley
James Fuller McKinley (February 22, 1880 – January 17, 1941) was a career officer in the United States Army. He attained the rank of major general and served as Adjutant General of the United States Army from 1933 to 1935. Early life James Fuller McKinley was born in San Francisco, California on February 22, 1880, a son of James McKinley and Eliza Howe (Fuller) McKinley. McKinley's relations included William McKinley, his father's brother. In 1898, he graduated from Canton High School in Canton, Ohio. Start of career On June 24, 1898, he enlisted for service in the Volunteers during the Spanish–American War and became a private in Company I, 8th Ohio Infantry Regiment. The Argonaut
''The Argonaut'' was a newspaper based in San Francisco, California from 1878 to 1956. It was founded by Frank Somers, and soon taken over by Frank M. Pixley, who built it into a highly regarded publication. Under Pixley's stewardship it was considered "the leading literary production of the San Francisco press and was a powerful influence in State and municipal politics." Samuel Baldwin Marks Young (January 9, 1840 – September 1, 1924) was a United States Army general. He also served as the first president of Army War College between 1902 and 1903. Siboney is a Cuban village and ''consejo popular'' (i.e.: people's council) located in the east of the city of Santiago de Cuba and belonging to its municipality.
