Jambaló
Jambaló () is a municipality and, at the same time, an indigenous reservation of Colombia. It is located in the northeastern department of Cauca, 80 kilometers north of the city of Popayán (the capital of the department). It borders on the north with the municipalities of Caloto and Toribío, on the east with the municipality of Páez, on the south with the municipality of Silvia and on the west with the municipalities of Caldono and Santander de Quilichao. Cauca Department
Cauca Department (, ) is a department of Southwestern Colombia. Located in the southwestern part of the country, facing the Pacific Ocean to the west, the Valle del Cauca Department to the north, Tolima Department to the northeast, Huila Department to the east, and Nariño Department to the south. The National Administrative Department of Statistics (), commonly referred to as DANE, is the Colombian Administrative Department responsible for the planning, compilation, analysis and dissemination of the official statistics of Colombia. The Köppen climate classification divides Earth climates into five main climate groups, with each group being divided based on patterns of seasonal precipitation and temperature.
